Retail Store Manager

As a Store Manager, you will be expected to meet and exceed your personal customer experience and sales objectives, and assist others within the store to do the same.
Under the direction of the Area Supervisor, you will help schedule employees, maintain inventories, conduct physical inventories, maintain store appearance and complete day-to-day paperwork as directed.
You will also be in training for the development, training and management of the retail sales team in an effort to qualify and develop you for future opportunities in management.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Execute store's implementation of the AT&T Retail Promise40
hours per week (full time)Maintain personal sales targetsActivate new accounts and upgrade current customersPromote and offer the full suite of AT&T's products and servicesAttend all required meetingsEnsure all customers are assisted in a friendly, prompt, professional and ethical mannerOther duties as assignedAssist ARSM in the following:
Execution of sales, service and customer experience initiatives in storeMeet and exceed assigned goalsDemonstrate the right customerConsistently demonstrate excellent leadership and coaching skillsCreate a work environment where motivated people can excelOversee Store floor experienceOwn Customer Coordination, Welcome and Wait Time processSupport Team and assist with customer transactionsPerform role plays with personnel on a regular basis to demonstrate what right looks likeFacilitate weekly personnel training/educational sessionsResolve or escalate appropriately any billing or service issuesInstill & maintain a sense of pride and ownership in store appearanceDrive operational compliance of back office processes, procedures and policiesEnsure timely completion of required training to empower personnel to succeedRequired Skills & QualificationsHigh School DiplomaMinimum 1 Year Sales in telecommunications or retail industry preferredEnrollment in the Manager In Training (MIT) ProgramExcellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standardsAbility to learn new products and services in a timely mannerAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidaysAbility to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and faxSalary:
