Tool and Die Repair Technician - 2nd Shift

Leggett & Platt, Incorporated is seeking a Tool and Die Repair Technician at our Omega-Motion facility in Saltillo, MS on 2nd shift.
In this role you will help support the manufacturing of our parts that we use to supply the assembly lines.
While keeping safety and quality in mind, you will perform routine preventative maintenance on our machines and dies, maintain replacement parts, assist the operators with concerns, assist with machine repairs, and contribute to other special projects as needed.

Minimum qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Well-developed communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work safely, follow all safety rules and lead by example.
  • Ability to ensure quality is maintained and provide verifiable solutions.
  • Must be able to maintain good and regular attendance.
  • Must be available for mandatory overtime.
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant or similar experience
  • Further education or training
