Manage current warehouse team (training, meal breaks, staffing) Work with a variety of computer systems that require data input, researching data, maintaining files, etc.
Problem solving day to day concerns as it pertains to staffing, customer orders, etc.
Lead team with positive attitude and a team player mentality
Qualifications:
Proven experience in warehouse management and team management Previous experience as a lead/assistant manager Knowledge of distribution center operations and process improvement Proficiency in operating forklifts and managing inventory control Familiarity with logistics and warehouse management systems Ability to handle materials, including heavy lifting General Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50lbs+; on a repetitive basis and have the ability to reach, bend, stoop on a frequent basis.
Must be able to consent to a pre-employment background check.
Must be able to consent to a drug screen.
Ability to follow workplace safety policies and guidelines.
