Barnes Crossing Auto Barnes Crossing Auto Saltillo, MS Saltillo, MS Full-time Full-time $13 - $15 an hour $13 - $15 an hour 20 hours ago 20 hours ago 20 hours ago Duties - Perform general accounting tasks, including but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries - Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures - Prepare and analyze statements and reports - Conduct reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data - Utilize accounting software such as Dealertrack and Quickbooks to record and maintain financial transactions - Ensure adherence to double-entry bookkeeping principles Requirements - Proven experience working in accounting or a related field - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations - Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties or requirements.
